We will bring you news and tips on jewelry fashion. The rate at which news and information is coming to the market it is sometimes difficult to keep up. That's where YOU, our visitor, comes in. When you have news about unique jewelry products we would appreciate you sharing that news with us. If you have a product that is hard to find, let us know and we will gladly check with our suppliers to see if we can source it for you. We are here to help with the answers to your questions.
Return Policy: All Unique Jewelry proudly stands behind the products that we sell. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less the original shipping charges. The merchandise must also be in new condition, include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.
Note: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to shipping your package back to us. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You can e-mail us at info@alluniquejewelry.com .If you receive anything from us that you are not satisfied with it can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping charges. You can expect a refund within a few days of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit that we apply to your credit card.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
Damage Claims: Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If any customer claims that one of our products is damaged or missing, we will request that the original order be shipped back to us with the damaged product and with its original packaging for inspection. After inspection, if we deem it the carrier's fault, we will pursue a claim with shipping carrier on your behalf that they didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. When funds are returned to us from the carrier, we will credit your account immediately for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to a few months. However, there is no guarantee that a claim will be successful.
Cancellations: We make a major effort, on each and every order, to get it into the shipping system as soon as possible. Because of this effort we usually have great difficulty in cancelling an order. We ask that you send us an email or phone us as soon as you decide you want to cancel your order and we will make every effort to comply with your wishes. If we are unable to cancel your order because it was shipped then you will be responsible for your original purchase request. We ask that you order carefully to avoid dissapointment.
